These terms apply to your use of ChipLeader. If you download ChipLeader through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard end user license agreement also applies unless a different agreement is shown by Apple.

Purpose of the app

ChipLeader is a private tracking and settlement assistant for home poker sessions. It helps users organize participants, buy-ins, rebuys, chip counts, stand-ups, and settlement summaries.

No gameplay or gambling services

ChipLeader does not provide poker gameplay, wagering, gambling services, payment processing, prizes, contests, real-money betting, or any mechanism to place or process bets.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter into the app and for complying with laws and rules that apply to your activities. ChipLeader is a recordkeeping tool and does not verify or supervise real-world activities.

Accounts and deletion

You may use supported sign-in methods where available. Account deletion is available in the app. Some historical records may be anonymized where needed to preserve shared session history for other participants.
