ChipLeader is a private tracking and settlement assistant for home poker sessions. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and how to contact us.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use ChipLeader, the app may collect or process:

• Name or display name.
• Email address.
• User ID and authentication information from supported sign-in providers.
• Home poker session information such as table names, participant names, buy-ins, rebuys, chip counts, stand-ups, settlement summaries, and session history.
• App preferences needed to operate the product.

How we use information

We use information to provide app functionality, including account management, private session tracking, participant management, saved history, and settlement summaries.

Tracking and advertising

ChipLeader does not use collected data to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. ChipLeader does not currently display advertising.

Data storage and service providers

ChipLeader uses Supabase and supported authentication providers to operate account, database, and app functionality. Your information may be processed by these providers as needed to deliver the app.

Guest use

Some app flows may be available as a guest. Guest data may be more limited than signed-in account data and may not provide the same saved history experience.

Account deletion

ChipLeader provides an in-app account deletion flow. Deleting an account removes direct account records and handles related session data according to the app's deletion and anonymization behavior.

Children

ChipLeader is not made for children and is not intended to collect personal information from children.
