What to include
- Your device model and iOS version.
- The sign-in method you used: Apple, Google, email, or guest.
- The table name, join code, or invite link, if relevant.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
Common checks
- If a settlement looks wrong, confirm every player's final chip count before closing the table.
- If a player cannot join, verify the join code and make sure the session is still active.
- If an invite link does not open the app, make sure ChipLeader is installed and the link starts with
https://chipleadertracker.app/join/. - If account deletion or sign-in fails, contact support with the sign-in provider you used.
Invite links
ChipLeader table invites use Universal Links. A shared invite has this shape:

When the app is installed, iOS can route the link into ChipLeader. When the app is not installed, the same link opens this website as a fallback.
ChipLeader is a tracking and settlement assistant only. It does not provide poker gameplay, wagering, gambling services, payment processing, prizes, or real-money betting.
